This has to be one of the toughest weddings I have ever edited! Christina and Jay were such an amazing couple and their love for each other really shows in their photos. It was as if I wasn't even there. They had a beautiful wedding at St. Ben's with the reception following at The Walnut Room in Casino Aztar. Veronica Hamilton was the wedding planner and she really outdid herself on this one. (Her website is currently under construction, by me, but should be up and running soon.)
The rest of the images may be viewed on my website through the PROOFING link.
Thanks for sharing your day with me, Christina and Jay, I wish you both the best!

Sneak peek...
In the next couple of days, my website and blog will be making an amazing transformation. Brian Hancock with Brian Media has created a custom blog for me and I can't wait to unveil it! Once we started working on this blog, I got the itch to rework my logo. Here is a sneak peek at the new logo.

A Day in the Life of...Sawyer
Today is the beginning of a new chapter in my photography business...Lifestyle Photography. I photographed baby Sawyer today at his parents' home (they were my first wedding couple from last year). He is such a content baby and seemed very interested in what I was doing. Zach, Amy and Sawyer were my first Lifestyle clients and I must say, that I am very happy with the end result. Of course, it really helped that they did an amazing job remodeling and decorating their home. It was very hard to pick just a few for the blog, so feel free to hop on over to my website and check out the rest of their great images. If you are interested in Lifestyle Portraits, I will start scheduling these sessions in August when my baby starts Kindergarten. The session fee is $150 for a 2-3 hour session on weekdays. I will also do these sessions on some weekends, but the session fee will increase to $275.

Casey and Amanda tied the knot!
This past Saturday I had a blast at Casey and Amanda's wedding. They got married at Redeemer Lutheran Church and had an awesome reception at The Executive Inn. We were able to squeeze in a few shots downtown before the reception (and the rain) thanks to the party bus they rented. It was such a pleasure photographing your wedding, Casey and Amanda!

Andy & Susan's E-session
Andy and Susan asked me to come to Vincennes to shoot their E-session, but it seems that we had a bit too much rain this spring and all their favorite places were flooded. We ended up in downtown Evansville for part of the session and finished up over at Audubon Park. They will be married in September in Vincennes and I am really looking forward to their big day!
