A Day in the Life of...Sawyer

Today is the beginning of a new chapter in my photography business...Lifestyle Photography. I photographed baby Sawyer today at his parents' home (they were my first wedding couple from last year). He is such a content baby and seemed very interested in what I was doing. Zach, Amy and Sawyer were my first Lifestyle clients and I must say, that I am very happy with the end result. Of course, it really helped that they did an amazing job remodeling and decorating their home. It was very hard to pick just a few for the blog, so feel free to hop on over to my website and check out the rest of their great images. If you are interested in Lifestyle Portraits, I will start scheduling these sessions in August when my baby starts Kindergarten. The session fee is $150 for a 2-3 hour session on weekdays. I will also do these sessions on some weekends, but the session fee will increase to $275.

Casey and Amanda tied the knot!

This past Saturday I had a blast at Casey and Amanda's wedding. They got married at Redeemer Lutheran Church and had an awesome reception at The Executive Inn. We were able to squeeze in a few shots downtown before the reception (and the rain) thanks to the party bus they rented. It was such a pleasure photographing your wedding, Casey and Amanda!

Andy & Susan's E-session

Andy and Susan asked me to come to Vincennes to shoot their E-session, but it seems that we had a bit too much rain this spring and all their favorite places were flooded. We ended up in downtown Evansville for part of the session and finished up over at Audubon Park. They will be married in September in Vincennes and I am really looking forward to their big day!

Corey and Candace E-session

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing Corey, Candace and Bella in downtown Evansville. It was a beautiful and cool day which made for some great photos. I will be photographing this great couples' wedding on July 4th. I am looking forward to working with you both!
The tulips were in full bloom...how beautiful!

I think Bella has a wonderful smile.

Here comes Bella...

...and she's off!

One of my favorites of the happy couple.

Finally...a kiss for the camera!

Clint and Katie's Wedding

Awhile back I shot this wonderful couple's E-session on an unusually warm day in March. Well, their wedding took place in New Harmony on an unusually cold day in April. Katie was determined to have her outdoor wedding no matter what, unless it rained. So we all braved the cold and had a beautiful wedding. You wouldn't even know it was cold since the grass was bright green and all the trees were blooming (except for the blankets and winter coats!) The reception was held at The Granary which was amazing. This was my first time shooting there so I am hoping that more couples become aware of this beautiful venue. Clint and Katie - I enjoyed working with you both on your wedding day and your easy-going personalities warmed my heart on such a cold day. You guys were real troupers! Here are a few of my favorites from the wedding:

My friend Matt was the 2nd photographer for this wedding and here are a few of his images:
